There are two restaurants in the hotel, on the ground floor and the 1st floor, both with spaces for smokers and non-smokers. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The room is not very big but clean and with ambient lights. The towels were changed every day. The minibar in the room is very varied. Very nice Spa area. The pool is a bit small compared to the number of rooms, but it was not crowded at all. The children's pool and jacuzzi are separated from the large pool. They also have a bar where you can get alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Sauna, massage, etc. It is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff located in the city center, right in the pedestrian area. There are many shops and restaurants in the area and now for the holidays it was beautifully lit. They have two small parking lots in front and behind the hotel, plus another one 1.5 km away, for a fee, around BGN 20 per day The New Year's Eve dinner menu was rich, beautiful atmosphere maintained by local artists.

The hotel is nice and stylish with everything necessary. The location is perfect - at nice pedestrian street, at a walking distance to the Sea Garden. The room is clean, comfortable, well-equipped and with good modern design. The sea view from the room is fantastic. There is a great variety at breakfast. Restaurant "A la Carte" is very good option for lunch and dinner with excellent food at reasonable prices. Cake Burgas is amazing. Last, but not least, the staff is kind and helpful. The check-in and check-out are very quick.

We are very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and there was daily cleaning scheduled. The staff was polite and friendly, quick check-in. The location of the hotel is great. One of the biggest benefits for me - the air conditioning doesn't blow directly at you, so no problem to keep it on at night. I have rarely seen this. The second biggest benefit - we were on the 10th floor, which made our room very quiet. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety, esp. in terms of fruit. I definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel located in the walking distance to the beach but very close to the walking street with shops and cafes. Excellent design and fit out quality. Convenient common areas. Excellent size of the room and bathroom. Plenty of surfaces for personal items. Perfect functioning of AC and sanitary appliances. Comfortable beds, very clean and modern room. We had the best sleep and rest in this hotel. One of the best experiences in Bulgaria so far.
